Academy Policies & Guidelines

Health & Safety

  • If the child experiences an injury outside the academy, parents must notify the administration before the next session to avoid harmful activities.

Attendance & Discipline

  • Students must arrive and leave on time.
  • Late arrivals over 7 minutes require prior notice.
  • Early departures must be arranged in advance, with pickup details if not the parent.

Fees & Subscriptions

  • Monthly fees are paid in advance and are calculated based on a four-week period starting from the first session attended.

Dress Code & Personal Belongings

  • Proper training attire without metal zippers must be worn.
  • Jewelry such as necklaces, rings, watches, bracelets, or dangling earrings is not allowed during training.
  • The academy is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

Equipment Usage

  • Use of equipment before, during, or after class is not allowed without a coach’s supervision.
  • Gymnastics floor areas must not be stepped on with shoes.

Parent Presence During Classes

Parents are not allowed in the training area during sessions in order to:

  1. Ensure fairness for all students.
  2. Respect the child’s space to express themselves and build independence.

Photography & Media

The academy may use photos/videos of students for official purposes while respecting privacy. Parents may only film their own child with prior approval.

Consent & Waiver

By completing this form, I give permission for my child to participate in activities at START. I understand that physical activity involves risks, and I release START, its staff, and volunteers from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during participation.

Parent Agreement

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the policies above. I also give consent for my child to be photographed or filmed as described in the media policy.
